These terms and conditions govern the Visla Premium Partnership Program. By joining the program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
To qualify for the Visla Premium Partnership Program, applicants must be 18 years or older and maintain an active Visla Premium account that is in compliance with our standards. Please note that participation in this program is subject to our discretion, and we may decline any application for any reason.
Premium Partners are provided with unique referral links and discount codes to promote Visla. You may not use any form of spam, bots, or other fraudulent methods to promote your links or codes. Additionally, you may not attach your links or codes to traffic that is not organic, such as paid ads or keywords that Visla owns. Doing so will result in automatic disqualification from the program.
Premium Partners earn commissions on referred customers who sign up for paid subscriptions using their referral links or discount codes. Commissions are paid out monthly via PayPal or wire transfer to the account provided by the partner. Commission will only be paid for those customers who remain paying subscribers. If a customer cancels their subscription and is eligible for a refund, commission will be calculated based on the net revenue.
Visla reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent activity by Premium Partners. Scams or fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification from the program and any earned commission will be forfeited. Users shall not be permitted to re-enter the program under any circumstances.
Premium Partners agree to communicate with Visla at a minimum of once a month to evaluate the program and discuss ways to improve the partnership. Failure to communicate may result in disqualification from the program.
Visla reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the partner to regularly review the terms and conditions to ensure compliance.
Visla reserves the right to terminate a partner's participation in the program at any time for any reason. Upon termination, any earned commission will be paid out to the partner.
Visla will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that arise from the partner’s participation in the program.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state where Visla is headquartered. Any disputes arising from the partner’s participation in the program will be resolved in the state courts of that state.
